What's the expected delivery time?

We aim to process your order within 1-2 business days. Expected delivery within 3-5 business days. We always provide you with a tracking code and cannot be held accountable for shipping delays through any carrier. You can always contact our Customer Care Team to get shipping updates.

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been sent, you'll receive an email from us with a tracking code. Please inform us if you have any troubles with this at help@luneactive.com.

What happens if my package gets lost?

Please contact us at help@luneactive.com. We do everything we can to assist you if your package got lost in transport. However, we are not responsible for packages once the packages are handed over to the carrier and proof of delivery is generated.

How sustainable are your items?

We aim to have a 100% sustainable collection by 2024. Our aim is to limit our impact on the planet.

What if my item is damaged, defective or incorrect?
First of all, we are sorry for the inconvenience if this happens. We kindly ask you to send an email with your order number to help@luneactive.com and include a picture of the damaged, defective or incorrect product. This way, we can come to a fitting solution.

I'm unsure about sizing?
We are happy to help you with finding your size. May you have questions about how to find your perfect fit, our Customer Care Team is more than happy to help you.

Is my information kept private?
Lune Active takes the protection of our customers’ data very seriously. We will not share information with third parties that are involved directly in the processing and shipments of your order.
