Shipping & Delivery


What is the delivery time?

We process all orders within 2-3 business days.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking code. While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, delays with carriers or customs are unfortunately outside of our control.

Can I track my order?

Yes. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. If you encounter any issues, contact us at  help@luneactive.com.

Do you cover duties and taxes?

Yes, we cover duties and custom fees.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:
American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Visa, and Klarna Afterpay, Shop pay.

 


 

Orders & Returns


What if my package is lost?

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact help@luneactive.com. We’ll do everything possible to assist. However, once proof of delivery is issued by the carrier, we cannot be held responsible.


What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

We sincerely apologize if this happens. Please email help@luneactive.com with your order number and a photo of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.


 

How do I return or exchange an item?


We offer a 14-day return window on eligible items. Products must be unworn, in original condition, with all tags attached. Final sale items and duties/taxes are non-refundable. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
