Where We Ship

We currently ship across the United States and Canada.

Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your Lune pieces every step of the way.

Shipping Rates

Enjoy complimentary shipping on orders of $250 USD/CAD or more.

For orders below $250:

Shipping within Canada and the United States is available at a flat rate of $10 CAD/USD.

When to Expect Your Order

We prepare every order with care and typically process orders within 2–3 business days.

Once shipped, delivery generally takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

We are currently experiencing a high volume of orders, and some shipments may take a little longer than usual to process or arrive. Our team is working closely with our shipping partners to move every order as quickly and carefully as possible.

Easy Returns

We want you to feel confident in every Lune Active purchase.

Should your order not be quite right, eligible items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. A $9 return fee applies to each return.

Return Guidelines

To help us process your return quickly, please ensure that your items are:

Unworn and unwashed
In their original condition
Returned with all original tags attached
Purchased directly from www.us.luneactive.com

Items discounted by 50% or more are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Your Refund

Once your return has arrived and been approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2–10 business days.

Your financial institution may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
