Shipping Policy


Where do we ship to?

We currently ship to the United States and Canada, with free shipping on all orders. At checkout, you can select your preferred shipping method. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


Delivery Time

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days during high-demand periods, plus delivery time (typically 2–3 business days, depending on your location). Return Policy


We hope you love your Lune Active purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to return or exchange your items. A $9 return fee applies to each return.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached

  • Items must be purchased directly from www.us.luneactive.com

  • Sale items marked 50% off or more are final sale (no returns, exchanges, or credits)

Returns that don’t meet these criteria will not be accepted.


How to Return

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.


Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2–10 business days.
