Where do we ship to?
We ship to the Continental United States and Canada.
Currently we are offering free shipping AND returns! Only for a limited time.
You can choose your preferred shipping method at checkout.
You will receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.
What is the delivery time?
We aim to process your order within 1-2 business days. Expected delivery is 3-5 business days.
We can't be held accountable for shipping delays through any carrier. You can always contact our Customer Care to get shipping updates.
Returns
Currently we are offering free returns!
We hope that you are pleased with your order. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied, we will offer a refund on online orders returned within 30 days from the arrival of your order at your address. During sale periods, it can take a few days longer to process returns.
Item(s) can only be returned when these Item(s) have not been worn or used and all original tags are attached. Sale items marked with a discount of 50% or greater are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Lune Active can refund only products purchased on www.us.LuneActive.com. Products purchased at retailers must be returned to them. Item(s) can only be returned when these item(s) have not been worn or used, and all original tags are attached.
Lune Active will take no responsibility for items lost in transit and for this reason using a shipping service that provides tracking information is always recommended. Accepted returns are credited to the original card of payment that the customer paid with, within 2-10 business days of receipt of return package at our facility.
Damaged item
We make our products with love. However, damages and production faults may occur from time to time. If you receive a product that is damaged, we gladly replace or refund, subject to availability.
Faulty items can only be returned to Lune Active if they were purchased directly from our website. Garments purchased through a retailer must be returned to them. Should you receive a faulty item from Lune Active, please be sure to contact help@luneactive.com and provide photos of the damage(s).
